Convex side stressed torispherical head is formed by the convex side stress;
Advantages: The hook surface is smooth, the degree of working is small, the finished quality is good, specially for adopting precious metal, under the situation which meets with strength and stability requirement, compared with oval head, can save the raw material.
While the carbon steel is stretched and out of shape, form into the slip line at the 45 degree direction of primary stress,the oxidation film on the surface falls along with the slip line.
At the place near from cold stamping head transition section(r), the oxidation film falling trace into grid shape,this is the surface trace which is caused by plastic working, not any injurious defect.
Welding method: automatic flooding arc, gas shielding, DC arc welding, argon arc
